We will try our best to make your financial obligations, whether you are using your health insurance or not, very easy to handle both mentally and financially.

That is why, until we have a chance to explain your condition, your length of care possibilities and your insurance coverage to you, your initial appointment will only cost you $59.  This reduced fee covers your initial examination including neurological test, X-rays and a personal (one on one) report of findings.

If you have insurance coverage and decide to utilize it, our normal fees will apply, and we can certainly apply the $59 towards your insurance charges, if applicable.

In either case with the coupon below, we will offer you all your possibilities and let you decide how much care you wish to receive and which financial plan fits your needs!

 

We accept most insurance including BCBS, BLUECARE NETWORK, PPOM, AETNA, HBS, MEDICARE, MEDICAID, UNITED HEALTH and many more...However, if your insurance doesn’t adequately cover our care or you have no insurance, we will charge you a maximum of $59 for all your initial services listed above!
